Newly remodeled ground floor house with 3 bedrooms (can be converted into 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms for 8 people), a huge living room, parking for two cars, large kitchen, bathroom, terrace and private garden. The house has been restored with recycled materials from previous centuries and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. The large garden crowns the stay located 300 meters from the beach of Mangueta, El Palmar, accessible through a country road and where you can enjoy miles and miles of unspoiled beach. THE ACCOMMODATION

The house has 150 meters, 120 of house, 30 of terrace and about 200 meters of private garden with barbecue and consists of 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. It is suitable for people with reduced mobility. The terrace has a table for 6 and a garden sofa. All rooms have built-in wardrobes with air fans and all mattresses are new (beds of 1.35, 1.50 and two of 0.90 in the order of the photos). The sofa is for 8 people and the TV is 55 ". The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 5-part gas stove, microwave, coffee makers and a large refrigerator (there is no oven). Pets are allowed on request and with a small cleaning fee.
