The house has 40 meters on two floors, 20 of glazed terrace and about 400 meters of private wooded garden with barbecue area and space for a car with capacity for 2 people + 1-2 children or one adult on a 1.60 sofa bed. The terrace has a table for 4 and an outdoor sofa inside the glazed terrace. The room has a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning that covers the entire house and a new 1.60 mattress. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, coffee makers and large refrigerator. Pets allowed on request and with a small cleaning fee. There is internet, it is not fiber but it is not bad. The family and quiet atmosphere prevails.
